Correction/Clarification

Clarification on last post...What I meant by the title is:
Sometimes my day seems just like the others and it not the "best". Sometimes I need to remind myself to step back and look at the small wonders that are taking place right in front of my face. Small wonders that I pass as ordinary or normal, everyday.
I have 4 small wonders and 1 big one that live with me. So when I say that my day could be different if I needed it to be, I mean....I need to make it that way.
I ChOOse!

TODAY COULD BE DIFFERENT IF IT NEEDS TO BE

I want to invite those of you that want to look at their day differently to go to my sister-in-laws blog (Mallory) and click on "LITTLE WONDERS". OR click HERE! The pictures are great, but it's the words to this song that might make you see your children, time & events in our lives differently.
Enjoy
PS Thanks MEL for the song.

Emeril Update

Luke was making rolls. I call them 3 bun rolls, because they look like it and they can give you it, if you eat as much as we did.

EMERIL IN DA HOUSE

My family is all about the Food Network. We love to watch RAcheal RAy cook those 30 minute meals. We love that they seem so easy, but nobody in their right mind has all those ingredients in their fridge or pantry. We also love watching the sweet Southern Peach, Paula Deen, whip up some fried chicken and dumplin. OH, how can I forget Alton Brown and his Good EAts. That's one of our fav-o-rite shows (by the way that was for you Mallory).
While living in Georgia we found out that Mr. Alton Brown actually lived just down the road from where we were. That was so cool. Well what we didn't know was that Mr. Emeril lived in our house. I thought I would share with you what Mr. Luke learned while sitting in a dealership for 2 hours waiting for his oil to get changed. Who says the TV is worthless?

Kung Fu Update

Okay...I got the correct name for the pants....SUMO. I guess I conveniently forgot that. They do not make me feel like a sumo wrestler, but they might make me look like one. Other than that...I love them..they are great. I think they were about $25.00. If any of you, that read this, want to get a taste of the sumo life, let me know. Ruby is coming home around Christmas and will bring any or all she can. If you want a pair, just tell me the color you want. The only thing that is different about them is the color and the small design on the bottom of the left leg. **Remember, one size fits all. Maybe I can get Ruby to snap a pic of them and send it my way to attach. (whatchatink ruby?)

Anyhow...there you go!

Do the Hustle

Sheriff Joe Arpaio could get a few ideas from this prison. This is interesting, I thought.

KUNG FU FIGHTER

For those of you that are like me, and live for comfort, I got just the pants for you. My sister found these pants and introduced them to me while we were in Hawaii. They are called Kung Fu pants (I think, if not, well, that's what I call them) and it's pretty obvious why. The thing about these pants that are amazing is they truly are one size fits all. When you put them on, it's like you just turned yourself into a big present. Because you fold over the sides and then wrap the string around you...then fold the top down. Fun stuff.
Bug...what do ya think? Hands free mama vs. kung fu pants?
I think it's a win win situation here!

TAGGED reminder!

For Robbie, Sisal, Emo and Bug....just a small reminder that your not following the rules of being tagged. Get on it!
Also, since we are all in the habit of not following rules...I want to add Ruby to my tag team.
RULES:
A. List 7 habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
B. Tag people to do the same.
C. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say "whoever wants to do it."
