this along for any of you that might have the same situation this month and need a ultra yummy dish to take. Oh, and it's so so easy! This is a Sister's rEcipe in my ward.enjoy!
Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Prep time: 15 min
2 pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hear, drained and chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 pkg (10 oz) chopped spinach, drained and thawed frozen spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
Beat cream cheese and mayo with electric mixer on med. speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until very lightly browned.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes, if desired.
Serve with cracker or veg. dippers.
Makes 16 (2 tbsp) servings A LOT
