Ran again this morning with much hesitation....fear of wetting the pants once more. However, I am happy to announce I was accident free. OH, I am a big girl now
This morning was better, didn't hurt as bad and I felt stronger. I questioned myself much this morning on why I am doing this. Why I want to do this? Then you get home and feel good about what you just did and remember it's a good thing.
Glad to back on the road.
